Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of our physical, including resin art pieces, are handmade and may vary slightly from photos shown on the Website. Minor variations in color, texture, pattern, or finish are inherent to handmade goods and are not considered defects. By purchasing a handmade item, you acknowledge and accept the natural variation.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been haded to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages; however, we will do our best to assist you in resolving carrier issues. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.


Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products

We handle return and exchange requests for physical products on a case-by-case basis.

We will consider return or exchange requests in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

Physical product orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
